General questions
If you have anything to do with healthcare or are a healthcare Nursing student, EMT, Paramedic, Dentist, or work in a hospital, doctors office, or pharmacy, you need BLS Provider. "BLS Provider replaced Healthcare Provider in 2015. If you're a foster parent, daycare worker, or work in construction you need the Heartsaver CPR/AED/Basic First Aid. If you are not sure, ask your employer first, then contact us .
To verify your employees eCard, simply go to the AHA website by clicking the following link and enter the card code you wish to print or verify. Click Here .
Yes. The AHA website is a courtesy hold offered to you to find a class near your location. Your seat is not reserved and will not be guaranteed, until you pay for your class online. It's simple and safe to reserve your seat on our website. First select the class you want, then the date available, enter your information, and pay. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

Yes. Replacement cards are always available to you at no additional cost. The fastest way to get copy of your card is to go to the AHA website. Click Here .
Course certification cards are valid for two years through the end of the month during which
the certification card was issued. For your convenience, we will send you a reminder a few months before it expires.
Yes, AHA course certification cards are accepted in all US states.
Instructors are required to maintain current provider status as evidenced by a current provider
card or demonstration of acceptable provider skills and successful completion of the provider
written examination.
Yes. Since 1984, the AHA has recognized the Military Training Network (MTN) for Resuscitative Medicine Programs as equivalent to an AHA Training Center. The MTN uses the AHA’s curricula. MTN provider cards for AHA courses are the equivalent
of the corresponding AHA provider card.

comfortable that you can move around in. If you have long hair, it is best to wear it back.
