These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Chest Rise CPR services, website communications, and messaging programs. By using our services or opting in to receive communications from Chest Rise CPR, you agree to the applicable terms below.
When you opt in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.
By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Chest Rise CPR. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Chest Rise CPR. Chest Rise CPR reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages sent. Chest Rise CPR also reserves the right to change the short code, phone number, or alphanumeric sender from which messages are sent.
Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link.
After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.
If you would like to receive messages from Chest Rise CPR again, simply sign up as you did the first time and Chest Rise CPR will begin sending messages to you again.

We will respond with instructions and information regarding the messaging program. If a message from Chest Rise CPR contains a link, you may also use that link to access company information and instructions for managing your messaging preferences.
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply STOP from the original number, unsubscribe using the link included in our messages (if one is provided), or notify us of your old number at George@ChestRiseCPR.com.

We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time.

Refunds: Refunds will be provided when a cancellation request is received by email at least three (3) working days prior to the scheduled class, less a $15 processing fee.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the scheduled class time are non-refundable.
Rescheduled Classes: Once a class has been rescheduled, the registration is non-refundable.
Information provided on the Chest Rise CPR website is intended to help customers learn about our training programs, certification courses, scheduling options, and related services.
Course availability, schedules, instructors, locations, pricing, and other details may change from time to time.
Registration for a course does not guarantee certification. Students must successfully complete the applicable course requirements to receive certification.
Chest Rise CPR provides training and certification services according to the requirements applicable to each course.
Certification requirements vary depending on the program selected. Students are responsible for selecting the course appropriate for their professional, educational, licensing, or employer requirements.
If you are uncertain which certification is required, we recommend confirming the requirement with your employer, school, licensing organization, or other requesting organization before registering.
Students are responsible for arriving at the appropriate location and time for their scheduled class and following any course instructions provided with their registration.
If you need to reschedule or have questions regarding an upcoming class, please contact Chest Rise CPR as soon as possible.
Specific cancellation, rescheduling, or refund policies presented during registration are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.
